PREVIEW: Cambridge Audio shows new range

Cambridge Audio is right now revealing its new products to the British press. Here's a teaser of what's in store from What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision editor Clare Newsome, who's at the launch in Spain

"Cambridge Audio has shared its new product plans up to and including the first six months of next year.

Highlights include

  • Version 3 Azur 540 and 640 CD players and amps
  • A version 2 Azur 840A amp
  • A pre/power amp
  • Compact size stereo receivers and players (think Cyrus size)
  • New DVD player and AV receiver line-ups
  • Two iPod docks
  • A turntable (co-developed with Pro-ject)
  • ...and much more."

Cambridge Audio are hot *** right now, only hifi snobs will try and deny that they make great products at their price point. The Cyrus size components sound particularly interesting!
