I had no grief at all with my Toshiba ep-35. Put disks in press play and watch! Toshiba managed it.&lt;/p&gt;

If he'd stuck with his original plan of making Kill Bill one awesome 2-hour long film instead of disapperaing up his bottom and splitting it into two not very good films then you would have half the problems. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A recently bought Panasonic DMP-BD35 firmware seems to be up to date playing back all 21 of my bluray discs without problems and BD Live ( eg Rambo ) worked without a hitch.&lt;/p&gt;
