Next up is Suranga Chandratillake, the CEO and founder of video search engine, Blinkx. Right now he's doing a brief history of search engines, but hopefully we'll get into the real 'future of television' next.

 Basically, his schtick is that the sophistication of video searching – and the new ways that video content can be 'tagged' on the web – is central to the development of Internet TV. With so much diverse and diffuse content, the consumer will need new ways to navigate it. The answer, he says, is sophisticated video search.
