I did have a minor delay with my order on the Superfi website - it seemed to get stuck in their system.

I ordered on a Saturday, so didn't expect dispatch until the Monday, and when I checked my order online on the Monday morning it said something like 'being picked ready for dispatch'.     When I checked again in the evening, it said the same thing, and the same thing the next morning!     When I emailed them the next day, they did sort it out and it was sent that afternoon, and delivered on the Wednesday morning.

 So I would advise ordering on a weekday!

It was by courier - I was off work for a week, so it was convenient.   Otherwise, it would be a nightmare - at least you can get Royal Mail to drop stuff off at a local post office.

I'd suggest you ask them first.

The 2 times that I have used their on-line service I have had no problems. They do use a courier but if you are lucky like me to have good retired neighbours then just remember to fill in the all important - 'If not available then please try neighbours at .....' section during the ordering process.

As for prices on-line then some are hard to better, I just got a Pioneer DVR-LX70d recorder (500gb) for less than the 61d version which made it some £80 cheaper than anywhere else.

One thing to note is that as with many sites when you opt for the standard delivery it seems to be just as quick as paying the extra £15 for the 2-3 day. I ordered mine Saturday pm and my neighbours took delivery Tuesday pm - great saving !.
