We're halfway through the new look issue and we've got a new page in the magazine which is our nostalgia corner.

It's called I Remember When...and kicks off the with very first Sony Walkman, the TPS L2 from 1979.

We'd like one (with headphones and packaging if possible!) for a photo shoot - if you have one and are willing to lend it to us for a day or two, please email me at richard.melville@haymarket.com.

You'll get a credit in the magazine and our eternal gratitude, as well as helping make magazine history. Sort of. You get the picture. We'll cover all postage and take care of your kit.

We're doing this every month too, so if there's anything that you want to see in there, let us know below...

Wouldn't mind seeing an article on the Sansui kit that was around in the early seventies. I had a AU222 amplifier which was really nice and then the AU666 model which was absolutely brilliant. Oh the good old days.

The Nad 3020 amp. I bet quite a few people on either had one of these or audtioned one...back in the day.

Can't help with the walkman, but should you do a future "I remember when" on vintage tuners or speakers, you know who to contact.
