Mind you, where I strongly disagree is with the idea of going to a shop to examine the goods, have a play, etc., then nipping off and buying it online cheaper.
The online retailers are cheaper because they don't have to support sales staff, buildings, deliveries and so on, and in many cases direct aftersales service rather than you having to return the product to a manufacturer.
So to use some of those facilities as a showroom with every intention of buying elsewhere is simply unethical, and will lead to a further demise of 'bricks and mortar' retailing. And then where will you use as a showroom?
