JohnDuncan:
Turn off the firewall for starters.
Doing that, thanks.

I could connect to the AE speakers straight away in iTunes and it's now working. Sorry: IT IS NOW WORKING! :-DDDD

Course, you'll be back shortly saying "it sounds ok i suppose..."

And in the meantime, the world and his wife has accessed your hard drive and stripped it of all your credit card details.

Well John, I didn't feel too clever being connected to the internet with no protection (Windows' own firewall is turned off already), so I restarted Kaspersky "bit by bit" and to my surprise the AE is still working. After that, I promise I won't touch a thing! Ever. ;-)

Don't worry you shall be rewarded accordingly, or pro rata. Stick out tongue

Totally my fault as this really wasn't a domestc priority with house move, holidays, etc. I've just re-wired the speakers and can't wait to turn it all on tonight. I had it working with the Remote app last night from my phone. Niiice!... Smile

Well, it's brilliant (when it's working). And currently it is. Just the very oddness of having to disable Kaspersky to connect to the AE, then turning it back on again. Weird. But it means I can listen my tunes wirelessly AND keep my computer protected. So far so great!! Big Smile Thanks!
