Reasons to be cheerful......

On Friday evening my modem went pear-shaped. I had numerous conversations with our broadband server: firstly, they said it was a faulty microfilter, then on Saturday morning said we had a faulty (Basil) modem.

Things I don't understand is so damned frustrating. Aaarrrgh!!!

Apart from my silly threads, what gets your back up?

I used to be indecisive about hi-fi, now I'm not sure.

We all been there when it comes to bogus stock. We once lost a shed-load of money when we ordered a sofa and an armchair. After we parted with our money they sent us a letter saying that the company was having financial problems and certain obligations could not be fulfilled. Anyway, after numerous letters we retrieved some of the money.

Regards the computer thing, I have an overwhelming comtempt for PC's - great when they're working, lamentably frustrating when they suddenly conk out.......

Write a stiff letter (on cardboard) to the management without delay and demand a re-count.

Hope the manager isn't called B. Bassett......lol
