I have just got a hd tv (panny 37v10) and am trying without success to get my V+ box to output through hdmi straight to it. Currently it is set up through scart (& a hdmi lead connected) and I go into video and audio options and try setting to hdmi........nothing happens......waits 30 secs and does nothing

Any help step by step to see me through this appreciated

Have you selected the relevant AV channel on the tv?

yes I have and no joy...eben tested the releevant hdmi input with other sources and all seemed fine

Hi you need to go into the V+ box settings and change the output to hdmi Hidef and the resolution to 720p wide, this should sort it.
