Andy Clough:
Well it has on the Homepage, replaced by Wolverine.

From two bunnies to two Wolverines - one of which is that incredibly annoying type of ad that downloads a video, clogging up my extremely slow mobile connection.

I know the site has to be paid for, but these kind of ads really do my nut in as they are terribly intrusive.

And the bunny is still on the other pages. Whoever designed a roll down banner that the user can't help but activate each time they switch tabs on the broswer needs taking out back and given a good er... talking to.

Rant over.

He's still there. Mocking us.

I'm in danger of being caught surfing this forum from work if he doesn't disappear...a page of text doesn't get noticed by passers by. A huge pink face with green eyes does. Please tell him to stop Sad

Re: duracell bunnies!!!!!!!!!

Looks like there are several adds now...Sky, T Mobile, What Car, O2, amongst others...and that infernal rabbit. I probably get him about 60% of the time. The other adds don't drop down the screen though...I saw and read the adds, I can remember the advertisers...so why do Duracell think they are entitled to spoil my browsing experience when those other companies have the manners to not annoy me??

Incidentally, my new Energizer batteries in my TV remote work a right treat. No sign of floppy ears, fluffy tails or invasive ads appearing on my TV from them either.

He's persistant - he has a scary gawp, too. We might have to concede that this furry critter could be a long-term addition to the forum.

First time I've seen him today as working on a PC rather than me Mac - has been no trouble at all - don't know what you're all complaining about!

Re: duracell bunnies!!!!!!!!!

Just had one of those online surveys pop up about this ad... the "did you find this ad irratating?" question gave me some satisfaction when answering...

He's back Crying

There I was sitting quietly at my desk at work opening up 6 threads which had been posted overnight...and as I click on to the tab of the first thread the dreaded bunny appears and fills half my screen. Please, please, please make it stop.

Also, does his return mean the campaign has been approved by WHF staff? What posessed you all to do this to me?? (Again)

Nope, we didn't approve it - first we knew was when the little blighter appeared. I'm still trying to find (and hurt) the ad person responsible...
