46" or 50" panasoinc or samsung

Hi i am looking to purchase a new tv to replace my Panasonic 37" plasma. I am looking at a 50"v10 or 46" Samsung 8000.Any ideals i will be using a mix of HD & SD and will be sitting 9 to 10 feet away.

Personally, I think whichever suits you and your money will be fine.
