Television Options V10 or 8 series

Hi,

I need some advice, i know that the 5090 Kuro is an exceptional TV. But it is out of my budget, so i went to a technology fair today and found 2 TV's that caught my eye.

The Panasonic V10 and also the 8 Series LED which i have to say i was blown away by the quality.

I watch normal sky TV at the moment but will go to HD and have a Blu ray player ready, i watch some sport and use my Xbox as well as soem Wii, so can i please have your advice, out of them 2 TV's what would you recommend, or do you have another suggestion.

Thanks

Hi,I have the v10 so i may be bias, but i saw the pana next to the award winning phillips in john lewis yesterday and thought that picture and motion was better but that is not answering your question it is just noting that i thought that it was slightly better than the best tv this year.
sorry but because the samsaung was not next to the others cannot really comment but most of the tvs looked good.

Re: Television Options V10 or 8 series

I would definately recommend going for Panasonic V10 (if you cannot get a Kuro, still the best TV ever!)
Panasonic TH-42PZ800, Yamaha DSP Z7, Denon DVD-1600, Panasonic DMR-EH57, B&W XT-series, YouSee HD box

Re: Television Options V10 or 8 series

just been checking out reviews of the v10 , all are very positive , with one review saying its the best tv of the year , ready to replace the kuro as the best screen for movies , next to a b8000 in a shop it may not look as good , but side by side in a darkened room , watching a bluray , id say the v10 would be different class ...

Hi, Thanks for your help, can i just ask:

Out of these whats your opinion on the following:

 Panasonic V10

 Samsung 850

 Samsung LED 8000

And would it still be the V10, above all of these?
