Don't take this personally but... 

Is there an end in sight for the Avatar issue? I am still the little grey sillhouette. What is taking you guys so long?

It's on the wishlist for things to put right, but there's no word from our Digital Media Team when that will happen.

In the meantime, you can email me your picture with subject dmroberts avatar and I will fix from this end if you wish
