Double vision

Sorry for posting such a rubbishy thread, but I've just seen my old retro tuner for sale on fleebay. I've banged on in the past about its sonic prowess - this model is so rare, even Marantz archive dept had problems finding info on it when i contacted them a few years ago.


I bought from Lasky's as 'Shop soiled' items for £30.00 with my Pioneer SA-706 in 1979.


A65+, CD73T, Pro-ject X1/Clearaudio turntable, Marantz ML 2060 Tuner, MA RS6, Chord Chrysalis/Merlin Chopin & Chord carnival Silver Plus; Grado SR60i


I used to be indecisive about hi-fi, now I'm not sure.

Must add that the guy is asking £75.00 for it - this may tell you quite a bit about its relative quality.


Build quality is mmm. . . .cola tin quality.
