hooray - success!

i think the cat is trying to hypnotise me

hmm, they haven't come out very big.  i'm new to flickr, does anyone know how i can get a bigger pic without ruining the quality?

Depends. The links you;ve entered all have height and width set, presumably by Flickr, but if you go in and edit the html you may be able to change the size.

Re: hooray - success!

yes, flickr seems to have set the size but the original photo was huge.

it looks like the way you have done it is by stretching the picture, i meant how do i get more of the original pixels - if that makes sense?

edit:  to answer your earlier question about usb and optical on the dm, i checked again the other night (1st time with these speakers) and optical is definitely better.

Don't know flickr's naming conventions, but there will certainly be links to different-sized versions - if you take a look at the link for that jpg, there's an '_m' at the end - if you change it to '_s' you get a small version. You'd expect 'l' ('L'), therefore, to give you a large one, but it doesn't - take a look at the photos on flickr yourself and see if you can work out where the big one is. Note that you'd probably need to size larger photos *down* when inserting the html (max width 400).

Failing all that, use photobucket, which definitely stores larger images.

Ha. Scratch that - it's '_b' for 'big'.

Very nice set up there Craig. I reckon those ATCs would be the right size for my new lounge. Hmmm. Our cat does that to me all the time, always ends up with a long hifi session...

cheers igg, in this case she was saying "play with me or i'll attack your foot!"

the tasteful leopard print thing behind the left speaker is a "catnip scented play tunnel", things get a bit "interesting" when she's been in there!  she did wall of death round the room just after before mauling my foot...  still, makes a change from her trying to get milk out of me!Indifferent

Re: hooray - success!

Good grief, sounds just like my cat! I had to throw the tunnel because I can't bear the noise of a carrier bag being scrunched up all night. Still, she's a good lap warmer for listening sessions.
