My IGrados i got with the mag subscription are broke what do i do?

My IGrados i got with the mag subscription are broke what do i do?

When i went to the Manchester show i signed up for What Hi-Fi mainly to get the Igrados and i have only just tried them a few days ago and the left speaker phone is crackling so bad i cant even recognise my music. Obviously they are faulty so where do i stand can i get a replacement from the mag or from Grado makers?

 my post was abit short i sent it before in a rush i obviously signed up for the cheaper price and the fantastic mag that is What Hi-Fi :0
